If you are allergic to eggs, I cannot recommend Orgran’s ‘No Egg’ egg replacer more highly.

I use it to replace eggs in all recipes which need eggs to make the mixture rise – so great for cakes, cupcakes and pancakes. Found in Cooperative Supermarkets in the South East, you can also buy it online.
